I know with 2 to the flush on the flop, you're at 35% on the turn and 19% on the river...so just talking the flop.

Presuming that we start with 2 cards that can possibly make a straight flush on the flop, there will be exactly 1, 2, 3, or 4 flops that will make a straight flush. There are 50C3 (19600) possible flops. So the odds are 1, 2, 3, or 4 in 19600, depending on the starting cards.
